1. Free Estimates During Normal Business Hours

Business Hours: Our normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Free Estimates: During these hours, we are pleased to offer free estimates for all plumbing services. Whether you need a repair, installation, or maintenance, one of our experienced technicians will assess the job and provide you with a detailed estimate at no cost.

2. After-Hours Estimate Policy

*After-Hours Estimates: If you require an estimate outside of our normal business hours (after 5:00 PM on weekdays, weekends, or holidays), there will be a fee associated with providing the estimate.
*Variable Cost: The cost for after-hours estimates will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the job. The fee will be discussed and agreed upon with you before the estimate is provided, ensuring there are no surprises.

3. Why We Charge for After-Hours Estimates

Providing plumbing estimates after business hours often requires additional resources, such as overtime for our technicians or the need to expedite services. The fee helps cover these costs while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality, prompt service whenever you need it.

4. Applying the After-Hours Estimate Fee

Credit Towards Service: In many cases, the cost of the after-hours estimate may be credited toward the total service cost if you choose to proceed with the work. This will be discussed with you at the time of the estimate.

From top to bottom, this company radiates quality, professionalism, good pricing, communication, expertise and excellence. From the booking to the arrival to the completion, everything was top notch. Dallas, a very nice and friendly technician, showed up on time to replace my toilet and repair my flange - all in about 1-1/2 hours. He knows the ins and outs of the trade and did a wonderful job.
